What Does the Cataloging Department Do?
The CATALOGING Department is responsible for providing bibliographic control and organization for all format types in collections and databases for University Libraries and all Senior and Regional campuses.

Cataloging Department
- Cataloging Changes or Requests:

- Cataloging Department Directory
- Requests for materials which the online catalog indicates are "In Process" should be turned in to Circulation, Reference, or
via online format.
Such requests will be processed by the Department, and the cataloged items will be held in Circulation for the requestor.
- For a list of new materials added to the collection use New Books.
- Submit a request for a title that you would like to see added to the Library collection using
eRequest online request form.
