 The Systems Department supports USC Libraries faculty and staff, and is located on Level 2 of Thomas Cooper Library. The department is staffed 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday. USC Libraries faculty and staff who need assistance are asked to submit a support ticket or call our help desk at 777-3198. If we are not available, please leave a brief message and a contact phone number.
