THE BICENTENNIAL CAMPAIGN — GIFTS-IN-KIND

For information about possible gifts, contact Mr. Alexander Gilchrist, Thomas Cooper Library's Management Officer for General Collections, by e-mail at sandy@tcl.sc.edu or by phone at (803) 777-6831.

Rare items and manuscripts relating to South Carolina are housed in the South Caroliniana Library. For the consideration of suitable gifts to this library, contact Dr. Allen Stokes, University Librarian for Special Collections, by e-mail at stokes-allen@sc.edu or by phone at (803) 777-3131.

Significant items relating to music and musical performance are located in the Music Library. For musical gifts, please contact Ms. Jennifer Ottervik, USC Music Library, by e-mail at ottervikj@tcl.sc.edu or by phone at (803) 777-5139.

Siginificant, old, and rare books and research-level collections that are not related to South Carolina are housed in the Department of Rare Books and Special Collections at the Thomas Cooper Library. To discuss suitable gifts to this department, contact Dr. Patrick Scott, Associate University Librarian for Special Collections, by e-mail at scottp@mailbox.sc.edu or by phone at (803) 777-1275.

To determine which unit is most appropriate for your gift, please contact Mr. Gilchrist.
