Biographical Note:
Almost continuously in public office from 1950 until his death, Donald Holland served in both the South Carolina House of Representatives (Kershaw County), 1950-1954, 1956-1964, and Senate, 1969-2003. He was District Highway Commissioner from 1964-1968.Papers, 1923, 1942-2003, 17 ft.
