Japan Business Library

jetroA specialized collection of materials covering Japanese business and economics. This collection consists of reference sources such as company directories, statistical yearbooks, encyclopedias and industry guides as well as circulating books. Newsletters, magazines and newspapers are also part of this collection. The holdings are listed in the library catalog and are identified with the location "Japan Business Library." Most materials are either English language or bi-lingual with the exception of the newspapers which are entirely in Japanese. All materials in this collection were donated by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) with the purpose of improving trade relations between the United States and Japan. With this purpose in mind, the collection focuses on providing sources of practical help for conducting business with Japan.
