	What if I don't have Netscape? Version 4.7x can be downloaded for free from the following site: http://home.netscape.com/download/archive.html?cp=dowarc Once the netscape file  is saved from the location above you will need to install (double click) the file that was saved to your computer.  When it is installed you can then set up the preferences for remote access by following the directions below. How do I configure Netscape to use the proxy server so that I can access the databases? Follow the steps below: 1. From the menu bar select Edit, then click on Preferences. 2. At the Preferences screen go down to the bottom and click the "Advanced" tab (+ sign). Then click once on the "Proxies"  located second from the bottom of the list. 3. Go to the right side of the screen and select Automatic Proxy Configuration and type the following URL in the white text box: http://proxy.tcl.sc.edu:8080/tcl.sc.edu.pac 4.  Click the RELOAD button.  Click OK. 4. Click the "Reload" button on the browser's main toolbar for the proxy settings to take      effect. You are now ready to use the proxy server.
