Dean Willis portrait is unveiled
Oct 3, 2011 12:00 PMA portrait of former USC Libraries Dean Paul Willis (shown at left with his wife Barbara and portrait artist Scotty Peek) was unveiled September 29 during a short ceremony and reception that also celebrated his 70th birthday.
Willis was dean of the Libraries from July 2002 to July 2007. During this time, he was instrumental in the planning and completion of the new Hollings Library. He also established the Libraries' Ex Libris Society and championed the Libraries' digital initiatives.
