IAAR Seminar: Understanding the SCOPE of African-American Students at USC, 3:30

The Institute for African American Research will host its final seminar for the Spring 2011 semester on Wednesday, April 20th at 3:30 pm in room 218 in the Thomas Cooper Library. Dr. Larrell Wilkinson and Dr. Saundra Glover of the Institute for Partnerships to Eliminate Health Disparities will present "Understanding the SCOPE of African-American Students at USC" which details the results from the Stress Coping Oppression Prevention and Education Project (SCOPE). This project was funded in part by a research fellowship from the Institute for African American Research awarded during the 2009-2010 academic year. The lecture is free and open to the public.
