The Book:A Brief History of the Medieval Bible, lecture by Dr. Christopher de Hamel, Monday, April 4, at 4:30 p.m.

Dr. Christopher de Hamel, Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, will give a public lecture to celebrate the Irvin Department of Rare Books and Special Collection's acquisition of a medieval manuscript Bible, ca. 1240 with funding from the B.H. Breslauer Foundation. The lecture is free and open to the public. Refreshments to follow.
