Renovations Enter New Phase

May 6, 2010
Renovations to the exterior of Thomas Cooper Library will enter a new phase on Thursday, May 6th. Workmen will be using jackhammers to remove the brick patio surrounding the library. Noise and vibrations inside the library are expected to be intense during this period. The renovations will last through the summer. Library users may want to consider working on the lower floors of the library which will be less affected by the noise. Earplugs are available at library service desks for those who would like to use them. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve the building.
