"The Art of Political Biography" panel discussion

South Carolina Political Collections will present a panel discussing "The Art of Biography" on January 22, 2013 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Hollings Library. Panelists will include:
-- South Carolina journalist Jack Bass, who will discuss his book, Ol' Strom
-- Professor Jack Roper, Richardson Professor of American History at Virginia’s Emory & Henry College and biographer of Benjamin Mays and William Jennings Bryan Dorn
-- Cambridge University doctoral candidate David Ballentine, currently at work on a biography of Ernest F. “Fritz” Hollings
The papers of Bass, Dorn and
Hollings are all held by South Carolina Political Collections.
