Thomas Cooper Library will host a series of events during national Open Education Week March 27 - 31, 2017, to inform faculty, staff and students about free, high-quality educational materials that support curriculum and instruction.

  • Tuesday, March 28, 3 - 4 p.m., Thomas Cooper Library, Scholars Corner, Main Lobby
  • This panel discussion will address how adoption of Open Educational Resources can make higher education more affordable, benefit teaching and address university objectives. Panelists include USC faculty members Lana Burgess, Karen Edwards and Shelley Jones, and former USC Student Body President Michael Parks. Moderated by Tucker Taylor, Head of Circulation, Thomas Cooper Library.
