Proxy cards are issued for one semester. The card will be processed within 2 working days. If you need the card immediately, please call Tucker Taylor at (803) 777-3145. The proxy card will be mailed to the faculty member unless other arrangements are made. The faculty member assumes full responsibility for all items checked out on the proxy card.
