If you receive a bill or an overdue notice that you believe is in error, you may file an appeal using the online appeal form.
If you think you've returned a book, but it is still on your library account, the book in question is placed on a "Missing/Claimed Returned" list. Library staff will search for the book for 6 months. If the book is found during this time, it will be removed from your patron record and no fines will incur. If, however, the book is not found in those 6 months, you will be charged a replacement fee for the book.
