Market/Product Regulations & Laws

>Some websites you might consider useful:

· Division of Trading and Markets:Exchanges, Other Markets, Broker-Dealers, Clearing Agencies, Transfer Agents, and NRSROs
establishes and maintains standards for fair, orderly, and efficient markets. The Division regulates the major securities market participants, including broker-dealers, self-regulatory organizations (such as stock exchanges, FINRA, and clearing agencies), and transfer agents.

· The South Carolina Code of Laws is available online:

Browse the titles to locate the laws relevant to your topic. (For example, Title 36 deals with Commercial Code.)

Whenever you enter a query, make sure that you deselect any default settings that may interfere with your search. (The U.S. Code search page automatically defaults to the original U.S. Code database for 1994.)
