DMSB names Peter Brews new dean

University of South Carolina has named a new leader for its top-ranked Darla Moore School of Business.
Peter BrewsPeter Brews, a professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and immediate past associate dean of its OneMBA program, will become dean of the Moore School Jan. 16. More

New Database–IMF Financial Statistics

We now have electronic access to IMF Statistics.

IMF Statistics is the statistical database from the International Monetary Fund. The 4 datasets include:

  • International Financial Statistics (IFS)—all aspects of international and domestic finance beginning in 1948
  • Balance of Payment Statistics (BOPS)—  international economic transactions data and International Investment Position, with history to 1960
  • Direction of Trade Statistics (DOTS)—value of exports and imports between countries and their trading partners, with history to 1980
  • Government Finance Statistics (GFS)—budgetary and extra-budgetary financial operations data of governments, with history to 1990

Holiday Hours

The Business Library will have regular hours on Monday and Tuesday.

On Wednesday, November 27th, we will be open from 9 am – 5 pm, and we are closed Thursday – Saturday.
