To place a journal request: Use this form to request the loan of an entire periodical or for Electronic Desktop Delivery of a book chapter or an article from a journal.
- Consult a reference librarian to verify that your citation is complete and accurate.
- Check the Library catalog to determine if the desired item is available at the Library Annex.

- To have an article delivered to electronically, please select the Electronic Desktop Delivery box located near the bottom of the Journal Request Form.
